Noah

Noah is member and a Coach at Seminole Strength. For the last 10 years, he has been heavily involved in both martial arts and weight training. Noah has wrestled in High School and College, coached High School Wrestling for 5 years, and continues to actively compete in both MMA and Powerlifting. Noah is offering coaching in Martial Arts (Boxing/Kickboxing/Wrestling), strength training (explosive strength), and general fitness personal training.

Josh is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, specializing in strength and hypertrophy training, nutrition coaching, and body recomposition. He is currently working towards a Master's Degree in exercise physiology and the NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
